Our Policies

  • courtesywe request that your phones and electronic devices are silenced upon entering the Salon & Spa.

  • avoiding an oopswe ask that you don't talk on the phone while receiving services.  This can lead to shifting in foils, accidental chemicals onto skin, clothing & other unwanted areas.  This can also cause the service provider to run behind for their next guest (in some cases you might be the next guest).  Ringing and Loud talking can be heard by all guests in the salon & spa and these are problems we try to avoid.  Thank you for understanding!

  • gift cards - Gift cards are available in any dollar amount and may be redeemed for salon, spa or product purchases.  Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.  Lux Solis is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

  • cancellation policyWe understand that sometimes there needs to be a change in your schedule.  We kindly ask that you give us a minimum 24 hours notice if you must cancel your appointment.  Missed appointments or late cancellations are subject to a service fee.

  • payment detailswe gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express as well as local personal checks with a valid ID.  Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee

  • exchange policyIf you are unhappy with your Aveda products, we will exchange it within 14 days with a valid Lux Solis receipt. 

  • refund policy -  No refunds will be given on services or gratuities.  We will be glad to help resolve any service issues by performing them in a manner that your hair, skin, nails and/or our professional knowledge will allow.  No refunds will be given on gift cards, deposits, or Pre-paid appointments. We cannot return or exchange  any make-up, all make-up sales are final.

  • for your protection - Lux Solis is not responsible for lost or stolen personal articles including clothing or accessories.  Please keep your valuables with you during your services.

  • children - in order for our guests to have the calming experience they desire, please make prior arrangements for all children that will not be receiving services.
